I was hired directly by the CEO of a publicly traded company to oversee the design, creation, and rollout of a new networking platform. My role as a Project Manager and Consultant involved working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of this strategic initiative.

- Leading the end-to-end development process of the new networking platform, from initial concept to launch.
- Collaborating with product development, IT, marketing, and sales teams to align project goals with company objectives.
- Managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the project was completed on schedule and within scope.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform platform features and positioning.
- Overseeing the testing, QA, and iterative improvement processes to refine the platform before public release.
- Providing regular updates to the CEO and executive team on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
